The Yoga of Presence

Yoga, here, is to give ourselves progressively to the felt-sense of the moment.

Here, Sensation is our vehicle towards and through Consciousness, expression of the unknown, leading us into greater harmony with Life. It is a doorway into the unfoldment of joy and peace in our daily lives, a transparent connection to the Absolute.

There may be gentle postures, guided meditation, visualization, contemplation of the breath. The field of exploration is our listening: an open awareness of sensory experience and all that arises within.

This Listening leads back to itself – non-duality reflected through time and space – the dynamic motion of Happiness.
